Dear Sunny,
I was recently visiting my mother in Colorado and was using her computer to send me emails. I don't know why I did it, but I snooped in her ingoing and outgoing emails. I guess I was just bored or something. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that she has been corresponding with a man in New York, and is planning on leaving my father for him! My parents are both in their early seventies. I have no idea how old this cyber lover of hers in New York is. Sunny, should I be concerned? Or is this correspondence just a fantasy and game? I want to ask my mother, but I can't tell her I found out because I snooped in her email account. I'm having sleepless nights over this. Sunny, please help!

Well, first of all, drop the guilt. We all are snoopers one way or another, and for you to look at this square on you cant do it with a heavy load on your shoulders.
My, my, my. Sunny is giving this much thought. First of all, Cindy, how old is the man in NY? I think that may give us a clue as to what is happening here. Your parents being in their seventies leads me to believe that this could be Mama`s last hurrah; perhaps she is caught up with looking for youth, However, if the gentleman in cyber space is the same age, I’dsay they both hurry up and make some sort of decision before they are all out in the hereafter outer space!
You have to let them make up their own minds. Ask your Mama if she has anything she would like to talk about; probe her for any ‘secrets’ she might have. She may be more forthcoming if you make the first approach. I think you may possibly have a "Flight of Fancy" here, Cindy.
Is there anyway you could tart your Papa up? Can you make him more desirable? Can you discuss Viagara? If you can open that door… well, well, well. It could just be that one special door which opens Mama’s heart to him again.
